outdoor package substation consists of 3 compartments inside for high voltage switchgear, low voltage switchgear and power distribution transformer ,all in connectiion together. high voltage side of primary with many power supply methods, also can be fitted with the high voltage measurement components to meet the high voltage measurement requirements. High voltage compartment normally is equipped with Max.40.5kv switchgear panels like RMU-Ring main unit with VCB-vacuum circuit breaker, SF6 circuit breakers,Isolating switches,earthing switches..etc Its transformer compartment can be choosed to equip with 3-phase oil immersed distribution transformer of cast resin dry type transformer. Its low voltage switchgear compartment usually is equipped with 380V, or 400V, 415V,433V, 440V..660V L.V.MCCB ,ACB switchgear panels ,and also can be choosed to be with PFI -Power Factor Improvement switchgear panels.

Our prefabricated substation is the combination of the HV electrical apparatus, transformer, and low voltage transformer equipments and therefore is used in the high-rise buildings, residential districts, urban and rural construction, hi-tech development zone, small and medium size enterprise, mine and oil fields and the temporary construction sites to receive and distribute the power.
prefabricated substation is complete set, small sized, compacted structure, running safely, easy maintenance, and mobile. And it only takes the 1/10-1/5 of the space of the same capacity of civil construction distribution, and therefore greatly reduces the construction cost. It can be used in the ring net distribution system, double power distribution system or radiator terminal distribution system. prefabricated substation is fully in accordance with the standard of SD320-1992 (the technology of Boxes substation) and the standard of IEC,GB/T 17467-1998 (HV/LV prefabricated substation). The shell is made of non-metal, composite board or the steel sheet as per the users.

Altitude: 1000m and below.
Ambient temperature: - 25 ~ +40 C.
Wind speed: no more than 35m/s.
Arelative humidity: no more than 90% (+25 C).
Seismic horizontal acceleration: no more than 0.4m/s, vertical acceleration: not greater than 0.2m/s.
Place of use: there should be no conductive, dusty, hazardous, corrosive, inflammable and explosive materials harmful to metals and insulators.
